The Help movie seems to have done quite impressively for the third consecutive week and thanks to weak new releases The Help movie had managed to dominate again. This sleeper hit of a motion picture has so far made a whopping amount of $108 millions and this drama already has many accolades mentioned in relation to it. Though Transformers 3 movie had not manged to impress critics it had nonetheless did extremely well at box office which suggests that fans had been entertained in many ways as they enjoyed it. Pixar Animation must be thrilled the way their latest venture Cars 2 movie had done at box office and family audience who enjoyed adventures of race car Lightning McQueen and tow truck Mater are looking forward to another installment. Third place had been secured by super hero flick Green Lantern movie which had manged to earn an amount of $18.4 million in its second week since opening. In the fourth place of box office list had been Super 8 movie and this time it had grossed $12.1 million. Looking at box office list it can be noticed that previously released movies seems to have had to give up their places for new openings. Comparing to other comic book to motion picture adaptation this newly released flick falls behind Thor and X Men prequel. Last week winner Super 8 movie had to take one step down with the new opening of super hero flick but not before grossing $21.3 million. For a flick which has no star power to back it this sure appears doing quite impressively.

Though Green Lantern movie might not have been able to make the impression it had intend the studio is hoping that the flick will pick up more viewers in coming weeks. In the third place of box office list had been another new opening and this time it had been the family comedy Mr. Popper’s Penguins movie. Grossing of $18.2 million as its debut may not be quite impressive but it does not sound too bad either.
