After Asia, South America, North America and Africa, Antarctica leads as fifth largest continent in the world with 14.0 million km². But this continent covers from ice in 98%. Ice free Area is only 280,000 km2. No one go there for permanent residence except seals, penguin and cold adapted animals. Also it is rare to see plants. No harm If we introduce it as the coldest place in the earth. When the winter period arrived it is full of snows and dark. White out (2009) is the film which shooted in Antarctica.

White out (2009) directed by Dominic Sena who will release his new movie “Season of the Witch” on 2010. Greg Rucka is the grate novelist who written “white out” graphic novel. White out (2009) movie based with this novel. The movie goes with investigation about first murder in Antarctica.

Antarctica is full of snows like a white sheet. Red warm blood fell on to this white sheet. Man fell on floor and his face is just red because of the blood .The first murder in Antarctica was happened and investigation team came there. U.S deputy Marshall Carrie Stetko is the lady who came to investigate this murder with U.N. operative Robert Pryce. But there will be big problem if winter comes before they catch murder. She hope to catch this dangerous murder before dark. The last plane will leave there after two days. After that Antarctica will draw in dark and cold. The 6 months winter will hug Antarctica and it will cause to make big trouble for them. She has only three days to solve this crime.

She began her investigation with cold ice. She still doesn’t know that she cage with big mystery which have more than 60 years old history. The killer is with them but no one knew that.

Starring in this movie was Kate Beckinsale as Carrie Stetko, a U.S. deputy marshal. ,Gabriel Macht as Robert Pryce, a U.N. Operative ,Alex O’Loughlin as a brazen pilot who gets in trouble with the deputy marshal ,Columbus Short as a novice pilot who helps the deputy marshal in the investigation ,Patrick Sabongui as Prisoner  ,Nick Villarin as Asian Newbie  ,Nicolas Wright as Sapperstein , Tom Skerritt a Survival Technician Specialist .
